I found three websites which shared a list of books to be read by every VLSI learner/Engineer.
- One is by TeamVLSI. They collected 25 recommended books on VLSI Design

- Other is by VLSI Expert. Puneet Mittal mentioned a bunch of recommended books and articles for a newbie to build their career as well as reference books for an Engineer.

- There is also a website called “Semiconductor Club” which provided a list of books related to electronics engineering, for free to download (at the time of adding this information) on this page. All books are standard books followed by many electrical and electronics engineers.
